Booze cruise went out every night...sounded like a party but we had our own in the room!
The mustache bar..well that is what i have been calling it for 6 years..never eaten drank or gotten the name of it though...now on my list of things to do:)

YAY, for a beach day..it was actually colder than we anticipated but i won't even go there:)
Hope your new year is starting off to a great start! Made a whole crockpot full of turkey chili but instead of using stewed italian tomatoes i used rotel with green chiles, mmm, mmm, good! We are gonna freeze some.....when you plan on visiting AZ? or do you think your next trip will be to OR in June? Keep us posted:) and take care of yoself!
I have to say Amanda, you take some amazing pictures!! Well, not the one of Shyama giving back to the wild per se, but some great shots none-the-less. I love the mustache bar, next time you should have Shyama hanging from the nose.
ReplyDeleteThe picture of the resort you stayed at kinda plays tricks on your eyes, it looks as if the beach ends above the water, like on a cliff. It looks beautiful and is an awesome way to bring in the new year. I'm really glad you guys are exploring and having a good time.
I love seeing the English language get butchered: For me safe, I where safety beelt. Awesome. Side note, Shyama's ability to blend in with any culture is uncanny, almost super-spyish. Take notes and report back to me soon!!
So I've noticed you have a couple pictures of Shyama peeing in public. The second one you used the code phrase of "kicking a cucumber", strange, but better then "peeing in public" I guess. Don't tell me he is not watering the bay, and I can tell that Egret is pissing too, my computer can zoom in very well. Why are you sending me pics of birds peeing? :)
My New Years is going well, no news is good news. The house is coming along, a project a day keeps me busy. My resolution is to get a job, so I can get a dog. Pretty straight forward. So I just started to look for work. I do plan on visiting Arizona, but not for a little while. My first real trip will probably be to Portland to get the rest of my stuff. I don't see myself traveling for till maybe Summer.
Take care yous guys, I'd say something profound like "enjoy every moment" or "spend the time you have together wisely" but I can tell you two are already doing that. Enjoy your new garden!!
