Riggs!

Hi guys! As you know Riggs has been settling into his new home for a little over two weeks now. So far so good with everything. He passed his vet exam with flying colors and he is slowly learning to behave better. We are working with a trainer and she said it might take over six weeks for him to fully transition to his new home. So that means three walks a day, each one over a half hour long and hand feeding his food because he is a nipper and that's supposed to help. Nonetheless, he is perfect. He rarely barks, never whines, no mistakes in the house, no furniture chewing...I couldn't be happier.

Happy Dog!! And a very contented Riggs with a rawhide. He starts chewing and his eyes slowly gloss over and he is in total bliss.












Checkin out the new toys. And Me trying to get a picture with him, but he has an amazing knack of spoiling pictures.












He loves belly rubs, he would probably take belly rubs over treats. And he loves carrying a tennis ball around in the backyard, rarely does he not have it with him.












Satiated dog after a nice walk in the sun. I think it must be cooler against that part of the fence, he likes to lay there.











Very tired Riggs in all three of these pics. He is too cute to care that he dumps all the water on the tile and then lays in it.
Well I hope all is going swimmingly for everyone. Thanks so much for the care package S & A. I will attempt to put on the bandanna with his name on it some time soon. He loves to chew on dish towels, so I will have to be crafty about putting it on him. And he loves the Snausages!! I haven't given him the bones yet, he has some out already. Anyway, thank you very much :)
