Catching up

I was supposed to start with Paul's wedding but managed to lose them. The pictures below will have to suffice for all! This is sunset at Ocean Beach on my birthday. If at all possible you both should definitely make your way back now that we are more acquainted with the area!

It's my birthday at the beach! Day drinking at the beach 33 years later...I wish everyone could've handled their alcohol the way I did, hahahahaha :) good times were had. I should have been wearing sunscreen

Not everyone made it to dinner...I'm not sure I was there... End o the night...hey, atleast we never let the sun go down...from our faces! NO, we haven't been drinking for 14 hours...what makes you think that?....nonsense!

And now Introducing.....wait for it!!!!!.....Shyam's new motorcycle!!! 2002 Honda Shadow Sabre....he is still loving it. And when I see AND hear him pulling into the driveway, I think, 'that is a good looking man on a good looking bike!'

This is the valley we live in...There is a yard that we fly out of that is ~6 miles from the house. When we fly into the Cleveland NAtional forest sometimes this layer of clouds is still settling.

This photo of Coronado island was taken from the top of a mountain ~55 miles east... with perfect lighting!

This little guy was awesome! I watched him for forever and when he posed on this rock..that was it! It reminded me of Riggs on the tiles!

This was a red diamond rattlesnake that made his appearance at the end of our work day...thank goodness....i did not have to relocate him since we were leaving anyway....phew...scary!

This is a granite night lizard..he was pretty chill because we broke apart the rock that he lived in...but he was relocated unharmed and just beautiful!!!!

Stumptown/Funtown

I did it!!! The lazy dog posted...finally. Pictures from our Portland trip have now been analyzed and judged by yours truly. And it is determined that I would benefit from a photography class or five. There were about 25 pictures taken of the Mackinac Bridge in Michigan. Yeah, it looked like I was stalking the rv in front of us because its in most of the pics.

Anyway, enjoy the pics and thanks again for the Microbrews! I'll let yeah now when I pop the tops on them :)

Calgary, greeted us with hail...bitch.

Driving no bueno.

The only pretty picture from the Canadian Grasslands. I'm sure there are nice scenes in the Prairie but we didn't see them. It seemed like 1000 miles of straight driving at a 1 degree down-slope from the Rockies. But none-the-less, I had fun.
