Addicted to Smoothies!

Hey Guys! I've been hooked on these homemade smoothies all summer and I've been pushing them on everyone. So now I shall push them on you.












A handful of blueberries, 4-8 strawberries (depending on size), one bananananana, some cherry lowfat yogurt and some ice. Blend well and you are good to go!













Its a little messy but so worth the taste. Plus it has to be good for you, I put a little lowfat whip cream on top, but that was more just to get rid of the can.

  1. Shyam was making me smoothies during the hottest times and they were delicious!! withvery similar ingredients-usually strawberry yogurt and he added some kiwi:) however, i felt as though that all the sugar from the fruit was adding pounds....? no more fruit smoothies for me!
