He is really this happy with his son...Bryson, on the other hand looks a little nervous:) We visited with the family and got to see their new apartment. It's real cute and Bryson is getting sooo big its amazing!

It was really fn hilarious actually all these pictures were taken w/n a two block radius on and around whiskey row in Prescottt. Apparently, it is the worlds oldest rodeo (that's the word you were supposed to guess-i crack myself up :p) It takes place over 4th of July weekend and so when we learned this we decided to go up a weekend before. We also took a drive around the countryside in Prescott where we got to see American pronghorn-they look the same as the endangered Sonoran pronghorn that i monitor but more healthy and they are in abundance wandering the green hills:)...no pictures though, they were real far away!
I am glad that you guys had a good trip! super bummed about not getting to climb hood:( but atleast you got a visit with one another:)

the next time we are up there i will follow up with this picture...pretty fn ridiculous!?
...talk soon....more posts to come!

  1. I was going to guess that all the pictures had "shameless advertisement" in them, but then "rodeo" makes sense too. Reminds me of Wyoming, every sign in that state has a picture of a guy on a bucking horse, even the state signs had it.

The pics of Bryson are very cute. Its like a recipe for a good picture, just add cute baby. And I am always partial to pictures of Bilis. You should of named her "Kinetic" because she looks like pure energy, just ready to bolt. "Bolt" another good name. No "Bilis" is perfect.

I like your creative shots Shyama. I always wish to do that but I don't have the eye for it. I can do a landscape shot and maybe a pic with people in it. Everything else is out of focus or off tilt.

It's nice to hear that you guys are traveling and visiting friends and family. I've done the exact opposite and have been working in or around the house for the past month. I have watched soccer, the only day I did not watch was the day after the U.S. lost. I was bitter. But the house is slowly coming along, I am trying to save the Zoysia grass in the front yard. Someone burned it by accident with fertilizer before he went on a trip to Portland. Other then that, I'm just trying to stay on a normal schedule. Not easy with beer and bad tv. They still show "In the Heat of the Night" out here, and they think it is normal.

Anyway, take care you guys and I hope to talk to ya soon.

    sh
