I forgot to put these ribs in the freezer, so I had to cook the entire rack at once. Not such a bad problem to have. As I was cooking the ribs, I worked on some math:Ribs + Beer + Bad TV = Tuesday Night!
I also made mashed potato's and gravy but my timing was way off and I ate it before the ribs were done. Well, I wish I could spend Tuesday in the Hawthorn District, with my friends, bar hoppin' but somehow always going to the Jolly Roger. Hope everyone is doing well, take care,

WOW, i miss your home cooked ribs!! Actually I really miss cooking for you guys:( and seeing your smiling faces on a weekly basis! I am so glad that we did that so regularly. I have to admit though being cooked for is not so bad:)
