I begged him to make this catfish gumbo and he was pleasantly surprised..it was amazing!
And last night, he put any carne asada i have ever made to shame, yes-i am willing to admit it:( and he topped it off with a papaya, mango, jalapeno salsa...fucking delish
i had to stop blogger.com failed :( and wouldnt let me post anymore..i will come back to this this weekend:)

Catfish Gumbo? Carne Asada? That sounds awesome and looks very edible. The catfish part is very brave to me. You didn't get the fish from our new Koi pond? I'm the blue one if you are wondering, so please don't cook that one.
ReplyDeleteHey, when the soup was boiling and all the bubbles were coming up, did you imagine little catfish swimming at the bottom of the pot? I would of.
You can change the color of fish to what you want through the edit function, or you can tell me what colors you want and I'll do it for ya.
